We provide industry standard RICS compliant plans, formatted and completed to your individual designs.
Our photographers are fully trained to measure and draw floor plans with highest degree of accuracy, which are then converted in a timely manner by our drafting team.
As well as on site sketches, we can:
- Draw 3D plans
- Resketch your own plans
- Redraw and scale from Architects plans
- Provide Land Registry Compliant plans

We have qualified DEAs on hand to produce both Residential and Commercial EPCs when ordered. When possible we can carry out at the same time as the floor plans/Photography to offer more value for money and save extra time.
